Just your email. Nothing else.

The short version
When you join the Swingo launch list, we keep your email address so we can tell you when the app launches. We never sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
What we collect
Only the email address you type into the signup form on this page.
If we add website analytics, it will be a privacy-friendly tool that counts visits (pages viewed, rough country and device type) without identifying you or following you around the web. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your email
- The launch email, telling you Swingo is live and how to get it.
- A few updates before launch, like early access, the launch-day surprise or a chance to have your review featured.
That's it. We won't use your email for anything else, and we won't email you often.
Your consent
By entering your email and pressing “Notify me”, you agree to receive these emails from Swingo. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who stores it
Your email is stored by our email service provider, Kit (kit.com), which sends our emails on our behalf and isn't allowed to use your address for anything else. Its servers may be outside Canada, for example in the United States, so your email may be subject to the laws of that country.
We never sell or share it
We don't sell, rent or trade your email, and we don't share it with anyone except the email provider above.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Swingo doesn't launch, we'll delete the whole list.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email, or email hello@getswingo.app to see, correct or delete the email address we hold for you. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This page and our emails are meant for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect emails from children under 13. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
When Swingo launches, this notice will be replaced by the full app privacy policy. If anything changes before then, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
